Admission Form Instructions..


General Rules

  1. MKJC (P) Ltd. reserve the right to deny admission to a student without giving reason.
  2. Students are not allowed to miss classes and all students are expected to progress satisfactorily Any student. whose record falls below the minimum acceptable standard, will ask to withdraw from the institute. In such cases fees paid will not be refunded.
  3. Any attempt to copy our study material by electronic mechanical or any other retrieval device would be treated as an offence as we reserve all copyright privileges to these materials. Any attempt made by a student will lead to termination from the institute without refunding of fees Our decision in such case is final
  4. We have power to make addition and alternation in the rules without prior information.
  5. In matters not covered in above rules and regulations, the decision of MKJC (P) Ltd. Director shell be final and binding to students and his/her guardian
  6. All disputes are subjected to Udaipur jurisdiction only. 


  1. Refund of fees of enrolled student will be considered within two weeks of the date of deposition of fee only.
    • Within 1st week the amount will be refund after deducting 20% of total fee (Excluding Service Tax)
    • Within 2nd week the amount will be refund after deducting 50% of total fee (Excluding Service Tax)
    • No. refund under any circumstances after two weeks from the date of deposition
  2. All refund would be made through A/C payee cheques within fifteen days.
  3. Student terminated from the institute on disciplinary grounds could not be entitled to get any refunds.
  4. Crash Course Student / Correspondence Course/ Test Series student would not be entitled for any refund under any circumstances. 


  1. Read rules & regulations thoroughly.
  2. Fill the relevant columns of application form in all respect.
  3. Paste passport size photograph at appropriate place on the application from attach two passport size photographs with application from.
  4. Write your name and complete postal address including pin code number on the application form.
  5. Attach Xerox copy of X/XI I board mark sheet.
  6. You may deposit the completed application form either in person or by post. 

    BY POST : If you send the completed application form by post the crossed demand draft of fee must be attached along with it. 

    BY CASH: If you deposit the completed application form in person at our office then you may deposit the fee by cash or by crossed demand draft. 

  7. Admission will be given according to first come first serve basis.
